*Respect the space and equipment. Treat all studio property with care to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

*Guest limit: A maximum of 2 guests is permitted per session (not including collaborating artists).

*Content policy: Photos and videos may not be taken during your session and must not be shared publicly until after the session concludes.

*Noise & calls: Please take phone calls and non-session conversations outside of the recording environment to maintain focus and professionalism.

*Food & beverages: Do not bring food or drinks near the recording equipment or inside the booth.

*Smoking: Smoking is prohibited near any equipment or in the booth. A designated smoking area is available.

*Equipment use: Do not handle or operate any studio equipment without permission from the engineer.

*Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during their session.

*Payment: Full payment must be received before any session files are released or transferred.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in the immediate suspension of services provided by Velvatone Studios.
